The Project Plans are the foundation of nearly all consulting services activities. They feed dashboards and reports to both the client and leadership. They are the source for all task workflow in our organization. And all of our resource workload estimates are built from them. In this course, we’ll review the project plan and its column definitions. All the critical mechanics like adding a row, and adjusting dates, etc. are covered here as well.

This course teaches how to build, manage, and interpret Project Plans—the backbone of consulting operations—covering column definitions, task workflows, resource planning, and key mechanics such as adding tasks and adjusting timelines.
