Description
This course covers how to track a project’s financials using the Budget Balance Sheets. You’ll see how it captures data at team levels - Project and individual Practices. Hours and Budget calculations will be reviewed, as well how to identify over and under budget conditions. The course also covers how Actual, Backlog, Contracted, and Potential Revenues are calculated for the project and shared with Leadership.
